1. General provision
1.1. This Regulation establishes the definition of the appearance of students, business attire and establishes the procedure for wearing a school uniform for students of the checkpoint, grades 1 - 11 of KSU "School-gymnasium No. 18 of the Education Department of the city of Kostanay" of the Education Department of the Akimat of Kostanay region
1.2. The introduction of a school uniform is carried out in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Education" Art. 47; Convention on the Rights of the Child Art. 13-15; Order of the Minister of Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 30, 2022 No. 534. Registered with the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan on January 5, 2023 No. 31563; On amendments to the order of the Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 14, 2016 No. 26 "On approval of the Requirements for compulsory school uniforms for secondary education organizations
1.3. Target:
- creation of a business style of clothing for students and a working atmosphere during the educational process;
- compliance with sanitary and hygienic standards approved by SanPiN;
- education in students of aesthetic taste, culture of clothing;
- the formation of a sense of corporate belonging, respect for the traditions of the school.
1.4. School teachers should set an example for students, maintain a business style in their everyday clothes.
2. Requirements for the school uniform and appearance of students
2.1. The student is required to wear the school uniform every day.
2.2.Schoolchildren without a school uniform are allowed to attend classes only with the permission of the administration.
2.3. School clothes should be comfortable, practical, business style, neat, clean, ironed.
2.4. School uniforms are divided into dress, casual and sports.
2.5. For girls (checkpoint, grades 1-11) - the dress school uniform includes: a jacket or knitted jacket / cardigan with buttons or a lock, a vest, a skirt, a tie, a sundress, trousers - dark blue; a classic blouse or polo shirt or T-shirt - white, the emblem of the school. Everyday school uniform includes: a jacket or knitted jacket / cardigan with buttons or a lock, a vest, a skirt, a tie, a sundress, trousers - dark blue; a classic blouse or polo shirt or T-shirt - white or solid colors, the emblem of the school. Skirt length - office (to the knees). Trousers are classic in length and cover the ankles.
Shoes: ballet shoes or shoes with heels no more than 4-5 cm (dark in color).
2.6. For boys (CAT, grades 1-11) - dress school uniform includes: a jacket or knitted jacket / cardigan with buttons or a lock, a vest, trousers, a tie - dark blue, a dress shirt, polo shirt or T-shirt - white, an emblem schools. Casual school uniform includes: jacket or sweatshirt/cardigan with buttons or zip, waistcoat, pants, tie - dark blue, school logo, casual shirt, polo shirt or T-shirt - solid colors. Trousers for boys, classic in length, cover the ankles of the legs, socks.
Shoes: classic men's shoes (dark).
2.7.The appearance of students must comply with the business style standards generally accepted in society and exclude defiant details:
1) for boys (young men) - a short classic haircut;
2) for girls (girls) - long hair should be braided, of medium length, tidied up with hairpins.
2.8. Sportswear is intended only for physical education lessons and sports activities outside of school hours. The sports uniform includes a T-shirt (white), sports pants (dark), or sports suit, sports shoes with hard, non-slip white soles (sneakers or sneakers). The form should correspond to the weather and the place where physical education lessons are held.
2.9. In winter, during a low temperature regime, it is allowed to wear (if necessary): for boys - a pullover, a jumper, a vest in soft colors, a knitted vest, a turtleneck under a jacket or a knitted sweater / cardigan with buttons or a lock; girls - a vest, jacket, knitted vest, sundress, turtleneck in soft colors under a jacket or a knitted jacket / cardigan with buttons or a lock.
2.10. Shoes - in order to comply with sanitary requirements in the school building
the presence of removable shoes is strictly mandatory for students of the checkpoint, grades 1-11 in the autumn-spring period (depending on weather conditions).
Change of shoes for everyone
2.11. A bag (backpack) for school supplies should be comfortable and roomy, age-appropriate.
Content: educational literature, notebooks and writing materials necessary for classes in subjects.
3. When wearing a uniform school uniform, it is prohibited:
3.1 As replacement shoes, wear shoes that do not have backs (flip-flops, "slates", etc.), sneakers, sneakers, shoes with high heels over 4.5 cm, wear clothes and symbols of a religious nature (hijab, niqab, burqa , burqa, Sikh turbans and Jewish caps - bales, "large" Christian crosses, etc.), expose parts of the body (stomach, lower back, chest);
3.2 Wearing bangs if they cover the eyes, as well as punk haircuts, pigtails, mustaches and beards for young men, hair coloring in various provocative bright colors, applying cosmetics, tattoos that cause piercings, bright manicure (extended nails), extended eyelashes , Eyebrow tattoo.
3.3 Wear excessive jewelry, bijouterie, large items made of precious metals with precious stones.
3.4 Engage in physical culture without sportswear and shoes.
3.5 In case of non-compliance with the requirements for school uniform and appearance, the school administration, class teacher or teacher has the right to send the student home, accompanied by a legal representative to bring the appearance in order.
4. Responsibilities of parents
4.1. Purchase a school uniform for students, in accordance with the terms of this Regulation, before the start of the school year, and do this as necessary.
4.2.Control the appearance of students before going to school in strict accordance with the requirements of the Regulations.
4.3. Comply with all paragraphs of this Regulation.
5. Actions
5.1. Pupils are obliged to fulfill all the points of this Regulation.
5.2. Non-compliance by students with this Regulation is a violation of the Charter of the school and the Rules of Conduct for students.
5.3. In the event of the appearance of students without a school uniform and a violation of this Regulation, parents must be notified by the class teacher during the school day.
5.4. For violation of this Regulation, students may be invited to a meeting of the Prevention Council.
