On October 3, 2025, Professor of the Department of Law of the Kostanay branch of the Federal State Budgetary Educational Institution of Higher Education "Chelyabinsk State University" R.G. Nurmagambetov met with students of the 11th grade of KSU "School-gymnasium No. 18 of the education department of the akimat of the city of Kostanay" of the Education Department of the akimat of the Kostanay region.
The purpose of the event was to increase the level of legal and financial literacy of schoolchildren, as well as career guidance for future graduates. During the meeting, the professor held a master class on the topic "Financial and Legal Literacy," where he elaborated on the key aspects:
- the importance of legal knowledge in everyday life;
- fundamentals of rational financial behavior;
- legal mechanisms for consumer protection;
- liability for financial irregularities.
R.G. Nurmagambetov paid special attention to social projects implemented by the Department of Law and students of the branch, which are aimed at developing legal culture among young people. He spoke about the possibilities of participation of schoolchildren in educational initiatives and competitions, and also emphasized that the formation of legal awareness begins at school.
During the meeting, the professor also presented the activities of the Kostanay branch of ChelSU, described in detail the areas of training, research work of students and participation in international projects. Schoolchildren were explained the prospects for obtaining higher education in the branch, including the possibility of combining studies with scientific, creative and social activities.
To consolidate the information, schoolchildren were given presentation materials containing key information about both the topic of the master class on financial and legal literacy and the educational programs implemented at the university.
Students actively asked questions regarding the future profession of a lawyer, the specifics of training at the university and career prospects. The meeting was held in an interactive format, which allowed schoolchildren not only to gain useful knowledge, but also to discuss real life situations related to the financial and legal sphere.
The master class became an important stage in the career guidance work of the branch and served to strengthen cooperation with educational institutions in the region, contributing to the formation of a conscious choice of the future profession among school graduates.

On October 10, 2025, students from the 10th grade participated in an Open House Day at the Kostanay Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The event aimed to provide career guidance to high school students.
